Ground Cinnamon2 gr1/4 teaspoon

Water100 ml1/2 cup
Butter, melted30 gr2 tablespoons
Baking Powder6 gr1 teaspoon

Optional Ingredients :

6 gr / 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced Apples, washed Raisins, Lemon Juice, and Cinnamon. Toss gently to coat the apples evenly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Water, and melted Butter. Gradually add the Rice flour and Baking Powder, mixing until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter evenly over the apple and raisin mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature!
