Baking Powder | 6 gr | 1 teaspoon |
Optional Ingredients :
6 gr / 1 tsp Vanilla Extract |
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, combine the sliced Apples, washed Raisins, Lemon Juice, and Cinnamon. Toss gently to coat the apples evenly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Water, and melted Butter. Gradually add the Rice flour and Baking Powder, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter evenly over the apple and raisin mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature!
