Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

Tuna, drained153 gr1 can
Avocado, ripe1 1
Celery, minced2 stalks1/2 cup
Onion, minced1 small1/4 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil5 ml1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice5 ml1 tablespoon
Cilantro/Parsley/Dill, freshchopped15 gr2 tablespoons
Salt, to taste6 gr1 teaspoon
Black Pepper, to taste2 gr1/2 teaspoon

Steps:

Step 1

Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork, mashing the avocado and breaking up the chunks of tuna as you go, until the ingredients are well combined.

Step 2

Finish and serve: Add more oil or salt and pepper if necessary, serve on your favorite Buckwheat Millet Oat Bread or Corn Flour Crepes.
