- ½ cup sugar free Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Nuts, chopped: walnuts, peanuts, pecans
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:
Step 1
In a food processor add brownie (465 gr), chickpeas (1 can) and soaked dates (20) and blend until smooth. If the mixture is a little dry, add 2-3 tablespoons of the soaking liquid from dates.
Step 2
Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls (approximately 1 tablespoon) and place onto the prepared tray.
Step 3
If desired, roll the balls in extra cacao powder, coconut flakes, or chopped nuts.
Step 4
They are ready to be served immediately. Store the leftover brownie bites in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 month, if they’re not consumed within a few days.
