Optional Ingredients :

10 gr / 1 tbsp Parmesan

Equipment:

Baking Sheet Pan 10x13-inch or 9x13-inch

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line up the baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Get ready all the ingredients: cottage cheese (1 1/4 cup), eggs (3), greek yogurt (1 ⅓ cup), butter (3 ½ tbsp), baking powder (1 tsp), salt (1 tsp) and scallions (bunch).
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and salt.
  4. Then add to the egg mixture greek yogurt, cottage cheese and chilled butter, mix well.
  5. Mix GF flour with baking powder, and add it to the wet ingredients.
  6. Add to the batter scallions and dill, if using.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the batter is set and is golden brown.
  9. Allow the pie to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
