Almond Flour Cauliflower Bread

| Cauliflower Rice | 125 gr | 1 cup |

| Baking Soda | 3 gr | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Salt | 3 gr | 1/2 teaspoon |
Optional Ingredients :
- 6 gr/ 1 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
- 6 gr/ 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
Equipment:
- Blender
- Loaf pan 8.5in x 4.5 inch / 21.5cm x 11.5cm
Steps:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 2
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
Step 3
In a large bowl mix the almond flour, psyllium husk, salt and baking soda.
Step 4
Fold in the beaten eggs and cauliflower rice, mix until the batter is smooth.
Step 5
Make a slight well in the dry ingredients and mix in the egg mixture until just combined.
Step 6
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Smooth the top out with a spatula and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds over the top.
Step 7
Bake for 55 minutes, until the bread is browned on top.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing
