Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • Tuna, drained - 153 gr
  • Avocado, ripe - 1
  • Celery, minced - 2 stalks
  • Onion, minced - 1 small
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 5 ml
  • Lemon Juice - 5 ml
  • Cilantro/Parsley/Dill, freshchopped - 15 gr
  • Salt, to taste - 6 gr
  • Black Pepper, to taste - 2 gr

Steps:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork, mashing the avocado and breaking up the chunks of tuna as you go, until the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Finish and serve: Add more oil or salt and pepper if necessary, serve on your favorite Buckwheat Millet Oat Bread or Corn Flour Crepes.
