Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
- Tuna, drained - 153 gr
- Avocado, ripe - 1
- Celery, minced - 2 stalks
- Onion, minced - 1 small
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 5 ml
- Lemon Juice - 5 ml
- Cilantro/Parsley/Dill, freshchopped - 15 gr
- Salt, to taste - 6 gr
- Black Pepper, to taste - 2 gr
Steps:
- Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork, mashing the avocado and breaking up the chunks of tuna as you go, until the ingredients are well combined.
- Finish and serve: Add more oil or salt and pepper if necessary, serve on your favorite Buckwheat Millet Oat Bread or Corn Flour Crepes.
