Brownies Bites No Sugar
Try my easy Brownies Bites No Sugar: a combination of a brownie, chickpeas and dates. These high-protein desserts can help satisfy your sweet tooth while providing your body with a good source of filling protein and other important nutrients. It takes 10 minutes to make, simply dump the ingredients in the food processor, blend and roll the dough into small balls. For this recipe I used a Banana Brownies No Sugar Almond Flour, also you can use Banana Brownies No Sugar or Vegan Banana Brownies No Sugar.

Dates, soaked20 20
Put your dates in a bowl and cover them with water (or rum) by about one inch, then soak them at room temperature or in the refrigerator overnight. Alternatively, you can do a quick soak and soak them in hot, but not boiling, water for an hour or longer.
Unsweetened Cacao, for dusting40 gr1/2 cup

Optional Ingredients :

½ cup sugar free Chocolate Chips
½ cup Nuts, chopped: walnuts, peanuts, pecans
½ cup raisins
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  1. In a food processor add brownie (465 gr), chickpeas (1 can) and soaked dates (20) and blend until smooth. If the mixture is a little dry, add 2-3 tablespoons of the soaking liquid from dates.
  2. Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls (approximately 1 tablespoon) and place onto the prepared tray.
  3. If desired, roll the balls in extra cacao powder, coconut flakes, or chopped nuts.
  4. They are ready to be served immediately. Store the leftover brownie bites in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 month, if they’re not consumed within a few days.
